resellerzoom or goscomb??

Hi everybody.
I want a small reseller plan and looking at resellerzoom budget plan 1, with 5$ per month. Now i found Goscomb and i want to have a comparison between the two when resellerzoom has 180ms and Goscomb has 90ms. I ask you what is your experience with Goscomb and what do you advise me to do?
