Hi all,
I have an reseller account with varhosting. I decided to close the account there and submitted a ticket for the same and have not heard back from them. When i talk to them on help desk live chat, they tell me they have forwarded it to the billing dept. Sometimes tell me to mail request on their billing email. nor their billing site is working, so i could remove my billing information. Can anyone help me out please, what should i do?
