Hi all,
I have an reseller account with varhosting and now i decided to close the account there. and submitted a ticket but have not heard back from them. Talking to them on help desk live chat, they forwarded it to the billing dept. and sometimes tell me to mail request on their billing email. nor their billing site is working, so i could remove my billing information. If they don't cancel and then they will charge me for this month too without having used any of their services.
Can anyone help me out please, what should i do?
