decent and cheap reseller account

Hello all,
I need an additional reseller account and willing to pay decent amount of money. I require that I must be able to assign different IP addresses to different domains. If you can provide non-contiguous IP addresses, that would be very sweet. I need at least 20 different IP addresses. Disk space and bandwidth requirements are minimal. 1 GB of disk space and 10 GB of monthly bandwidth.
