tracking referrals method?

hello friends,
Plz suggest a quick easy method of tracking referrals to your site from another site. a website wants to refer their customers to me and in return I have to track and report any sales that come from their referrals.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If your order form record the IP address of the visitor who submits the form, then setup a simple script that records the IP address of the visitor and places it in a .txt file.
