getting contact list from yahoo/hotmail

I want to get my contact list from yahoo and/or hotmail using PHP? Is this possible?

What you mean like an invite script? I got one at home somewhere but its not to complicated to code but you need to know MSN ports etc...
But search google for "PHP MSN invite scripts" you might find something.
