accessing win log files in PHP

I am using windows NT system. I am configured IIS with PHP.

I am unable to get the error message. I need how to access the error log message in windows NT system.

error log location is, IIRC, configured in php.ini, along with the config directives for displaying errors to screen, etc.

(error_log = "location")
