Installing i-rater ?"?

I'm installing i-rater and I keep getting these errors:

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: fasttemplate in /home/photobli/public_html/admin/config_settings.tpl.php on line 3

I installed everything correctly, so why are these showing up? If anyone has already installed irater before and would be so kind as to helping me install mine. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --

It seems that the include path to those files specified is pointing to the wrong place. check all your paths make sure they are right.
from looking at the error it looks like you defined it as "/public_html/include" when it should be "/home/photobli/public_html/include" -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --
