"Converting HEAP to MyIsam"

Hi there,
Executing query on an InnoDB table and then following it with MySQLAdministrator, I see this message "Converting HEAP to MyIsam" as the state of the query...
I don't understand why does MySql convert "Heap to MyIsam" table? Can someone shed some light over it?

May be MySQL creates a temporary table for intermediate results of the query, and that temporary table would grow too big to be kept in memory.
