need some help!

Hi People,
I found the following in my events Application log after starting up the mysql server.

Warning! Changed Limits:
max_open_files: 2048
max_connection: 800
table_cache: 619

What to do with it?

.ini have 2 setting from the above, the max_open_files is not there!
max_connection: 800
table_cache: 256

OS: win 2003
Mysql: 4.1.7
