Problem with MySQL Control Center !!!!

Hello guys,
For a while, I have been using MySQL Control Center for simple localhost db changes but today after installing a new program, the application failed to load properly. The program itself loads and is visible in the task manager and also the taskbar but when selected will not appear. How to fix this problem?
