need a server application?

Hi there,
Installing mysql-essential-5.0.24a-win32.msi, I can connect to the database using the MySQL command line client. Plz recommend where is the server application? I can't create a database. Can anyone who knows the solution?

Try to connect to the server using the command line client, then both client and server are correctly installed and the server is running.
