lock wait timeout.

Hello friends,
Inserting into a table on my database, got a lock wait timeout everytime. I would expect the lock wait timeout to happen. When I did a SHOW FULL PROCESSLIST, there were no inserts going on to the table. I turned on the innodb_lock_monitor while this was happening. I'll copy the output to the end of this message. I ran a DROP TABLE, then CREATE TABLE for the table. The DROP TABLE worked fine, and the problem seemed to be fixed after recreating the table.
