Time1/Time2 ???

Hello there,
Windows XP, MySQL Query Browser v. 1.1.13 MySQL 4.1. Query execution time message has the following syntax: <N> row(s) fetched in <Time1 s>(<Time2 s>)
So, what exactly Time1 and Time2 numbers mean?
