Access Violation!!

Hello guys,
On starting QB, I get an Access Violation in module 'MySQLQueryBrowser.exe error in the status bar at the bottom. Trying to access 0x00000000... null pointer. This access violation renders the menu bar up top completely useless. Clicking on file, edit and tools nothing happens. Also when I close the app it won't actually close until I try to minimize it. Try to completly re-install, after uninstalling all MySql components, including deleting all MySql-related directories in the operating system and entries in the Registry.
