using triggers to update data.....

Hi all,
I have designed a database. But by mistake I have selected for all my foreign keys the choice RESTRICT ON DELETE and ON UPDATE. I wana use triggers to update my data on the base but I can't do it. Please help me of how can I do it, without re-designing the whole base?
