Default installing MySQL-Max issue!

Hello folks,
I installed MySQL-Max 5.0.22 using RPM to a freshly installed Fedora Core 5 server and also installed MySQL-Server, MySQL-Client and all the required libraries and headers. How to know if I have successfully installed MySQL-Max? Is there a script or command that I can run in the commandline in shell?
Thanks in advance for any help. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --

Connect using the mysql command line utility:

shellprompt$ mysql -u root test
mysql>

If the mysql> prompt is displayed then MySQL is correctly installed and started. It will also display a header line confirming the version of the server. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --
