login issue?

Hello,
I start the MySQL Admin and create one user, with a password. on restarting the Server and reconnecting my MySQL Admin, using this new user, when I connect without a user I also can login into my MySQL Admin panel.
How can I prevent this?
MySQL DB: 4.0.23a
MySQL Administrator 1.1

It looks as if you chose NO, or you chose the automatic installation that didn't even ask this question, and then passwords are not really enabled on your server. hope it will solve ur issue.
