fastest import of large db

Hi all,

I was wondering what's the fastest method of importing a huge database that's around 43MB. Doing it row by row via Navicat import takes me about 1.5 hrs. The problem is the database needs to migrate fast as the users cannot afford a downtime of 1.5 hr while the data transfer.

• Either, get it into another database, then hard copy the database directory into the new place
  
• or, convert to CSV, and use LOAD DATA (LOCAL) INFILE
  
• or, Drop all indexes on the tables (ALTER TABLE foo DISABLE KEYS), run inserts, re-enable keys.
