Deleting the child table w/o.....

Hi,
plz tell how to delete the child table rows w/o giving ON DELETE CASCADE clause while creating the foriegn key? Is there a way to force CASCADE delete, using a single SQL statement at the time of deletion?

If the tables are small, you can dump the whole database, add the CASCADE by hand to the table definitions, and reimport the data.
