Access Denied after update to v5.0.15

Hi there,
I use a MySQL database on a SuSE linux machine. After updating from v4.1.14 to the new version 5.0.15 I get "Acces denied" error messages when I try to connect to the server from a remote machine or from localhost.
It seems that mySQL has lost the user settings/GRANT tables from the old version?

Do it:

mysql_fix_privilege_tables
