error number 1130

hi,
I just installed Mysql 5.0 on a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise machine, and on running configuration wizard, everything was fine up but when I pressed the execute button. It did everything fine until it got to apply security settings, and then an error number 1130 popped up: "Host "server1" is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server."
