InnoDB not running?

Hi,
MYSQL (5.0.16/15) cannot run by using InnoDB under window 2003 standard edition (SP1).

051204 0:05:12 InnoDB: Operating system error number 87 in a file operation.
InnoDB: Some operating system error numbers are described at
InnoDB: [dev.mysql.com]
(I haven't add innodb_file_per_table in the my.ini and service still down even I have add innodb_flush_method=unbuffered )
InnoDB: File name .\ib_logfile0
InnoDB: File operation call: 'aio read'.
InnoDB: Cannot continue operation.
