specifying a foreign key!

Hi,
Being new to MySQL, I picked up Administrator. I've searched extensively but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong when I try to specify a foriegn key in a table. I have two tables, both InnoDB. Both coumns are primary keys, and both are indexed in a new index. They're also both CHAR(100). When I go to add a foriegn key, I get a MySQL error number 1005, errno 150, cant create table. pls advice me.
