installing zencart.....

Hi there,
I am trying to install Zencart and host asks to use the following settings for MySQL:

MySQL Server : mysql.elitehairsupply.com
MySQL Database Name : elitehai
MySQL Username : elitehai
MySQL Password : Same as your hosting account password, unless you change it using the tool below.

Here is what I have set:

Database Type: MySQL
Database Host: mysql.elitehairsupply.com
Database Username: elitehai
Databse Password: *********
Database Name: elitehai

But getting the following error:
Connection to Database failed
Access denied for user: 'elitehai@ahp.ftl.affinity.com' (Using password: YES)

plz suggest what I am doing wrong?

It looks as if your user account is not set up correctly (wrong password maybe?) or the remote server does not accept remote logins from the host you are connecting from. contact your provider as he might help you. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members.
