sending data from MySql to another database?

hi members,
plz advice/reply, while using MySql 4.0.27 Standard, what is the best method to send table data from my MySql server to another database that is receiving the data through an HTTP POST action script? -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members.
