Importing local mysql server

I have exported one of the databases on my server via phpmyadmin with default settings, but as now i want to import it into my local mysql server, i am unable to do it. I am using winXP.

Let me know how to do it.

You have phpmyadmin, use it to restore the file...its all just sql commands, you could also cut'n'paste the into the sql window of PMA.
