I do need some basic information about how the basic "components" - group, user, project, issue - are used.
as far as can see there are two types: common and specific for a project.
common are:
Statuses, Issue Resolutions, Users, Groups
and specific are:
Releases, Categories, Priorities,Phone Support Categories
Please do tell me,
what is the difference between "Status" and 'Issue resolution"? and
what is the difference between category and phone category?
