MySQL and phpmyadmin

Hi
I have been trying to add a table to database with phpmyadmin and it gives me a mysql error that I can't add to a field.
How to fix this error?

The extension dir should be "./ext" -- note the period. That's because when php runs, it internally works from a default directory of wherever it's installed and paths such as the extension directory are relative to that one.
