SQL table crashes at irregular intervals

hello, I am using 4.1 version of SQL and i have a table which crashes randomly at irregular intervals. Does mySQL keep a log as to what events were behind the crash? Is not, what are my other options.

ya mate, it keeps all the records you want in an error blog but first you have to turn it on.
