Default updating Mysql database

I have to update a Mysql database on the client side from mine, also Mysql. The amount of data to update/insert is around 2G and i've to do it twice a day.

how to do it??

Look into using mysqlhotcopy. I'm not sure if that would be the best to do the job or if there was another product out there. I believe the mysql.com website has info on mysqlhotcopy.

hi jammy,I use mysqlhotcopy and it worked fir me. I don't have any dbs > 2 gb however.
