mysql admin gives error

i am using the mysql control center and whenever i open it, the mysql server gets error and stops.
then i have to start it from the service manager of windows xp.
can anyone give some advice ??

i had similar trouble
i reinstalled mysql after taking a backup of data

reinstall the server, that may help, but i have seen thi trouble mostly with innodb file of large size.
