exchanging hosting plan with other webmaster

I have a dedicated server and 20 websites. I do not wish to host all the websites under a server cause I was informed that it is not a good SEO practice. So I was thinking of exchanging hosting plan with other webmaster so that I can host my site on different server and IP address. Whether you have a reseller host of dedicated server both will be fine for me as long as they come with CPanel.. I can create a hosting account for you (1GB diskspace and 5GB bandwidth) as a return I just need 10MB diskspace and 50MB bandwidth. That mean you will get 100 times more diskspace and bandwidth.
Adult and illegal site will not be accepted.
