Is there a way to have all cached pages deleted off MSN

hi pals,
I had a site ranked in top 5 for on MSN for a few weeks. Later on, I had to change the domain name (legal reasons). So I set up the site on a new domain and did a 301 redirect from the old domain to the new one. However, after about 10 days the old domain dropped from the results completely, but the new one did never show up in the results. It's been about 10 days since then.
I wonder if I triggered any duplicate content filter or what happened. Any ideas?Is there a way to have all cached pages deleted off MSN results as it is possible on Google? I would have the old domain pages deleted, so that there are no duplicates...
