do you have majority reciprocal link exchanges?

hi.
All of you guys are reporting great rankings on MSN for new sites. I am no where to be found on msn, not even for my 3 word keyword which is the main title of my page, which is the same as my url. Google is slow at updating and so Yahoo is my best friend right now Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Maybe my title is too long? I have submitted to many directories although I admit I need to work on establishing more reciprocal links. I find that everything I've always heard about doing proper seo, such as matching your page title to keywords to description to h1/h2 tags to body content is working really well.
