Default please suggest me BEST keyword suggestion tool

I have seen a few keyword tools out there, such as Good Keywords, but is there one industry-leading standard?
Another related question:
Does anyone know of a tool out there that says how many times certain terms are searched for in Google per month or day or whatever? -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --

My suggestion is, that you choose your keywords yourself. A reason for this is, that keyword tools will give you the most searched keywords wich are also most hard to optimize for Search engines. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. According to me, while selecting keywords, do a proper research. Research helps in finding targeted keywords. While doing research think according to user which keyword they may use. This will help you in selecting targeted keywords. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --

The problem with Google, though, is that they suggest keywords biased for AdWords customers so that might not always be the best method of choosing keywords for SEO. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --

What you should focus on are the keywords your competition are using. For instance, if you are a casino in Las Vegas, go into google and type in Las Vegas Casinos. Look over those sites listed on the first page, primarily the top 3 or 5, and see why they are ranked so high. Generally they aren't attributing all their success to link building, but rather how their keywords are distributed and highlighted in their pages' content. Just differentiate from your competition, but maybe see what techniques they are using and how effectively they work. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. Not all keyword suggestion tools are great enough. I have used a lot of them and I have finally settled with this one : - tools.seobook.com/general/keyword/

It is kinda the best suggestion tool I've ever seen. The one at Digital Point, is also a very good one but not as accurate as this one. It shows you monthly volume, separates GOOGLE, MSN, YAHOO searches from among the total and also tons of related searches are also see. You'd love it. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --
