How often should I update the content on my website? I read here and on other forums that people make a target of 2-5 updates per day in order to be noticed by search engines. How does MSN see a site with daily updates or weekly and so on?

Keep on updating your site. quality is more important if you have good content, people will link to your site and also refer visitors.
