links are not being recognized

hello

I am still trying to gather reciprocal links and I keep gathering and gathering, with no luck at having the number increase. It is as if the links are not being recognized by serps. This is my first attempt to use php pages to display my links, does this have any effect on my links?

Well you need to wait, generally SE takes time to display links
how long had you been doing this??
