site indexed in Google not in MSN

I and my friends have a site that cant get indexed in MSN Search but in Google it get indexed pretty well. In Google the site has in excess of 260000 pages indexed but only 2000 in MSN Search. Also, MSN Search doesn't reflect the actual design of the site. I can find a lot of pages that doenst exist for more than 2-3 months. I submited the site again a couple of weeks but .......
We have more than 100 links on 1 page in new site.
What's happening and how to deal with it.

mate, there are mainly 2 reasons
1= msn constantly drops pages and reindexes pages.

the algoritm has changed.new one does not allow any new pages to be indexed.
