Getting Indexed on MSN Quickly

Hi Everyone.
Am new to SEO, we have been designing websites for long, but now a client wanted us to do the SEO as well for this website.

We have been indexed by google and around 40 pages by yahoo as well.
But we are not able to get into MSN.

anyone can suggest something to get the website indexed by MSN.
We have submitted website to their search engine, but it says will take 4 - 6 weeks.

CO OP helps in getting the website indexed very quickly. i have seen its effect with MSN for one website and the msnbot indexed around 5000 pages of site within two days

i think there is no other easy way that links.
