Is a link exchange with another site's PR6 links page worth it for an unrelated site?

There is a site that just agreed to do a link exchange with me, being that some of the content on their site ties into mine, but the overall theme of the site does not have anything in common with mine.

I would be the 17th link on this PR6 links page (the rest of the site is a PR7), and the site gets a ton of traffic.

Any backlink is a good backlink, in my opinion. If you feel that you are getting a good deal then it will help. It would have helped even more if the information was related, but it's tough to beat a pr6 link that includes traffic.
