ArticleAnnouncer is the software what I use. It comes preloaded with a bunch of ezine directories to submit to. About 30 are good, and you can upload your own.

Ezinearticles, about.com, goarticles, articlealley, searchwrap, isnare, are good ones.

I too use Artemis Pro Software. It works for me and is pretty easy to understand.The price is right too.
