guidelines for posting and exchanging links

Hello friends

Keep reading online - ask for links back from links you post on your web site - don't ask for links back that you post on your web site - you have to have at least xyz # of links posted on your site - xyz # of sites must be linked back to you - only text links count - only same site subject links count. I can't understand what's going on


Can someone post the guidelines involved in posting links and in link exchanges.

Here are your guidelines

• Inbound, one-way text links using good anchor text are your goal from an SEO perspective.
  
• Do not sweat page rank on the page linking to you.
  
• Do sweat that each page/site is topically related to you.
  
• One-way links are better than reciprocal links.
  
• Recips are fine, but make sure where you are linking to offers something of value for your users.
  
• Avoid three-way or triangular linking - it's crap and the engines assign no value to that junk anyway.
  
• Set a budget, get listed in the major directories, in the correct categories.
  
• Vary the anchor text in the text link and vary where users land - don't just use your site's name and drop everyone to the index page, in other words. Use keywords to direct people to relevant content within your site.
  
• Avoid link exchange programs, link farms, etc.

Has anybody seen any software that will unlock a Motorola mobile phone without cables?
Heard a rumour of some software called 'Mototools 6' that will unlock without cables.
Anybody used this software, does it exist?
