Just wanted to ask what is the best way to build the internal links- to interlink as much as possible ? I have many pages with a lot of outbound links also and I have the option to put this pages on different locations, all good for the user, but there could maybe be a difference for me regarding to where its best to put them ?

Hey, link for good navigation. If visitors to your site can get to every page quickly and easily through standard hypertext links, then so can the robots.
Act as per the needs of your visitors and everything else will follow.

What about the question of PASSING PR ? Should I save the PR for my inner pages and then make outbound links from my inner pages ?
