Default ordering page eating my PR

Tell you, I have just fixed a black hole for my PR. I had 48 pages, each linking to three order forms and those order forms did not have any outbound links.
Lots of PR was being poured into those pages and going nowhere. I just simulated on the PR calculator the effect of that and it was sucking 20% of the PR across my site.
I added my normal four outbounds navigation bar to each order form and that pumped most of that dead-ended PR back out into my site.

How's that....

Batty, from what i can gather from your thread, it seems those links would be dangling links, and google don't rate them. If they don't, it means you wern't wasting PR.

good luck -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --

Matthew
A 'dangling link' is a link that points to a webpage that happens to have no links on it itself.
For example, if you linked to 'about us' and this page (aboutus.htm) pointed to no other webpages, it would be called a 'dangling link'. Personally, i think that Google knows that these are common in websites and so don't count this link as an outbound link.

This is for gerrard
I am not having problems with dangling links because I have a menu with links to my most important sections on all my pages. I still have a problem that pages like the contact form or conditions of use take away eats a lot of my page rank.
