how to find people willing to put links

Hi friend
I am having a really tough time finding people to put paid text links on their sites so i can increase the SE ranks. Presently, I manually visit websites and get their webmasters info and send emails, but that hasn't been very successful so far.

You should try Google with appropriate search terms and you will find them with ease.

Your problem is that you are not searching with the correct terms.
try something like this
-CPM (to weed out CPM advertising opportunities, as those aren't neccessarily straight links)
