link relationship tool

hello folks
I am looking for a tool. It was an application of web program that allowed you to enter the url and it would graphical display the link relationships that the URL has. I have misplaced the program and am very interested on getting my hands on it once again. I have already dug deep into the web pages with no luck.

yes, touchgraph is the one that I was revering to. That Kartoo looks interesting. I will look in to it too.
