Default best place for putting reciprocal links

HI ALL
In the past, i didn't believe in the reciprocal links but now my mind has changed and i am going to approach the sites having a good PR of 4 and above. I wanna know where is the best place to put their links.
  1. Should I make a "Links" page
  2. Should the links be scattered in my text
  3. OR at the bottom of my homepage

hi
why are you only considering sites of pagerank 4+. As long as the site isn't part of a link farm or black hat and it's suitable, I would consider the link. The higher the PR, the more likely they're aware of it and won't want to 'share' it.

hey friend
I heard of it somewhere that only get PR4+ links for higher PR.
I'll follow your advice and go with good links as long as they are not link farms, this will make finding links much easier.

it purely depends on the structure of your site. if possible, you should provide two different options first a stand alone "links" page or locations within the main body of your site adjacent to content related to the subject area of the site you are linking to and the second for the person you are linking to, but some people may prefer being part of a traditional "links" page.

second one is the best option though

I agree with logan's views about link placement, the latter option will be the most attractive to link partners. And, it will probably look more natural from an engine standpoint.
Also, remember that TBPR is not the same as real PR. I've seen some miserable sites with PR six and seven and have found some awesome quality links that actually deliver traffic on PR zero and one sites.
my best wishes r with u
