i want to know that is there ant tool available to see the relationship between two sites or between the respective pages.

what kind of relationship you want, there are various levels viz do you want to dive in and check for instance are the hosted & owned by the same firm or see the normal relation such as are they were written up & linked in the same news story?
More detail would help provide a better pointer on what to suggest.
