this question seems to be an enigma to answer, is it

it varies, but i am telling the average
the CPC is 15 cents for a teens website
25 cents per click for a beauty care website for women

it all depends on the topic of site and quality, things can not be told for general

Depending on the quality of contents and keywords, your revenue differ. Also, each and every ad provider has different ways of PPC calculations. I think that Adsense, YPN are good.
